Refunds & Return Policy

Trailer Centre Australia has complete confidence in the products we sell & we strive to achieve 100% quality & accuracy of all our products. All our products are inspected & tested for quality before being dispatched. We offer a 90 day replacement warranty on all parts & accessories (excluding Trailers) giving you complete peace of mind & satisfaction. However if you are still dissatisfied with the purchase of parts due to conditions beyond our control we will exchange the item or refund you the amount in the manner you paid us as per the following conditions:

  1. We will dispatch the replacement part only upon the receipt of the defective part. Postage of the replacement part will be at the Buyers expense. However this may be credited back at our discretion under special circumstances.
  2. Damaged/defective goods received must be notified to Trailer centre Australia within 7 days of the delivery. Failure to do so will not entitle you for any refund/ replacement.
  3. All goods to be returned or exchanged for any reason must be accompanied by a replacement authorisation from the Trailer Centre Australia. This authorisation can be obtained by emailing us at info@trailercentre.com.au
  4. Any part which has been mishandled, misused or installed incorrectly will not be replaced/refunded. All items to be returned should be in the original packing with price tags, labels and invoices & in an un-used condition.
  5. All items must be shipped back to our warehouse Trailer Centre Australia, 56 Amberley Crescent, Dandenong, VIC-3175, with a copy of the replacement authorisation. All replacement products must be packed appropriately to prevent any damage during shipping or return. Trailer Centre Australia will not be responsible for any damage during the return shipping.
  6. Buyer should ensure that the part being fitted is of the right description & specifications as ordered before fitting. Any goods used before checking the correct specifications will be deemed as second hand & no refund or exchange will be granted.
  7. Any goods that you purchase from us with a manufacturer’s warranty card must be dealt directly with the supplier or the manufacturer if there is any defect or problem with the product.

Returns must be sent to 56, Amberley Crescent. Dandenong Vic-3175 along with the return/replacement authorisation. Please contact info@trailercentre.com.au to receive return/replacement authorisation. Failure to adhere to this process will jeopardise the return/replacement process.
